Bill is a co-founder of Elevation Resources offering 20+ years in the Human Capital Management and Technology space leading service, implementation, and management consulting consistently delivering exceptional results. As leader of the day-to-day operations of Elevation Resources, his focus is on building a strong foundation to support Elevation Resource’s rapid growth and success.

Through his innovative executive career with some of the largest HRIS vendors, Bill led enterprise organizations and programs becoming an expert in Human Resources and Payroll along the way. He has an eye for connecting people, process, and technology effectively to drive meaningful business results.

Bill possesses a comprehensive background in HR Policy Development, Payroll Best Practices, and Employee Engagement. He has extensive experience communicating strategic planning, forecasting, and revenue growth in board room settings and with strategic buyers.

As a Senior Executive and a Board member for many organizations, Bill has been consistently entrusted to lead organizations.

 Mr. Dornbush has 25+ years of C-suite executive experience across a variety of different organizations. The life science companies he co-founded raised over $100M in private and venture capital investments. As a member of numerous non-profit boards, he participated in multiple capital campaigns and annual funds helping to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for these organizations. He is a nimble, C-Level executive with a decades-long record of achieving significant value-creating milestones for companies and their investors. He is an expert at aligning founders, investors, and internal stakeholders with a corporate vision and strategy, by converting tactical objectives into reportable metrics and gaining belief in and commitment to achievement from all participants.
